Waterlife Cuprazin Marine Whitespot Fish Treatment Additive
Waterlife Cuprazin – Marine Parasite & Fungal Treatment
Effective marine whitespot solution for seawater aquariums
Waterlife Cuprazin is a copper-based treatment designed to combat common marine and brackishwater aquarium infections such as whitespot (Cryptocaryon), oodinium, trichodina, and fungal outbreaks. The formula builds up gradually, helping avoid sudden stress to fish while still reaching the required therapeutic levels. Treatment can be stopped once the correct concentration is reached.
It is suitable for most newly purchased marine fish, but should not be used with invertebrates, crustaceans, or sensitive species like sharks, rays, and Harlequin Tuskfish. For these, Waterlife recommends using Myxazin or Octozin instead. Cuprazin is available in multiple sizes to suit a range of aquarium setups, offering a 7-day treatment course based on tank volume:
- 100ml treats 142 litres
- 250ml treats 357 litres
- 500ml (2x 250ml) treats 714 litres
- 1000ml (4 x 250ml) treats 1428 litres
Key Features:
- Controls marine whitespot, oodinium, trichodina, and fungal infections
- Low-stress formula with gradual copper build-up
- Ideal for seawater and brackishwater aquariums
- Not suitable for tanks with invertebrates or sensitive species
- Four size options to suit tanks from 142L up to 1428L
- Trusted for both home aquariums and professional systems
Cuprazin gives marine aquarists a practical, flexible way to manage disease outbreaks. With clear dosing guidelines and size options to match various tank volumes, it supports healthier aquatic life when used as directed.
