Designed for use with the Oase BioStyle Hang On Filters, the BioStyle Disposable Cartridges provide mechanical, biological and chemical filtration for amazing results. The multistage cartridges come supplied as standard with all BioStyle Filter models and have been designed to create clean and healthy conditions for your aquarium inhabitants.
BioStyle Disposable Cartridge - 3 Stage Filtration:
1) 45 PPI Filter Foam: Traps debris and waste whilst also offering surface area for beneficial bacteria.
2) Carbon, Zeolite & Phosphate Binder: Helps remove odours, impurities, and harmful nutrients.
3) Filter Fleece: Traps extremely fine debris to greatly enhance water clarity.
The Oase BioStyle Filter Cartridge should ideally be replaced every 4-6 weeks, dependant on aquarium volume, number of fish and plants, and any noticeable decline in filter performance.
